Deposits and Withdrawals

Netbet offers deposits and withdrawals via credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), e-wallets and bank transfer. All payments are made with modern encryption technology

For withdrawals, Netbet uses the same payment method you used for your deposit. Netbet may approve withdrawals to a different account upon request.

The minimum deposit at Netbet is 10 euros. Under German gambling law, a basic deposit limit of 1.000 euros per calendar month applies.

Netbet does not charge fees for deposits itself. However, your bank or credit card provider may charge fees

Deposits must correspond to playing activity. If the deposited amount is not used for appropriate play levels and a withdrawal is then requested directly, Netbet may reverse the deposit (less costs), void stakes and winnings or close the account.

• Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted
• Deposits via e-wallets do not qualify for deposit bonuses or welcome offers
• 20th of the month in which your card expires, Netbet will not process any further payments with this card
• Deposits are subject to 'Know Your Client' (KYC) verification process

Withdrawals are processed within the next working day after the request. Before each withdrawal, Netbet checks your gaming behaviour for irregularities

You can cancel your withdrawal request at any time as long as Netbet is still validating it. Use the 'Pending Withdrawals' section in 'My Account' for this.

To receive winnings via an e-wallet, you must have previously made at least one deposit using this payment method.

Netbet conducts a 'Know Your Client' (KYC) verification process to prevent money laundering. Upon registration, you can initially use a temporary gaming account

A temporary account allows deposits up to 100 euros within 72 hours of registration. Withdrawals are not possible before full verification. If verification is not completed within 72 hours, the temporary account will be restricted or closed.

Suspicious transactions are reported to the relevant authorities. Your player limits and further information are transmitted to the LUGAS system to meet GlüStV 2021 requirements.

1. When depositing over 1.000 euros or if individual withdrawals exceed 1.000 euros or multiple withdrawals total over 2.000 euros, enhanced verification is triggered
2. You will be asked to submit an identity document, bank statement and where applicable a utility bill
3. Netbet automatically checks you against the OASIS exclusion database when your account is created and on every login
4. After five failed login attempts, your account will be locked for security reasons; you must submit a copy of an official photo ID

If you request a withdrawal before fulfilling a bonus's playthrough requirements, Netbet will forfeit the entire bonus amount and all winnings derived from it.
